Political Ranting

Just when you think that Philippines is kinda shaping up (stronger Peso), we're back in the headlines again...as usual, because of a terrible incident in our country.

We only had two bombing accidents all within a month's time, and now this?

WTF is wrong with our politicians? Don't they have enough problems to solve that they have to make another problem? Are they not thinking that this is not just affecting GMA but the entire country as well? Mother fuckers!

Leave GMA alone, she's doing her job. Admit it, you are all corrupt, in fact, that's the only reason why you are in the politics! So what makes you better than her? After Marcos' reign, did we ever have a President who's done wonders to the country? None.

Anyway, it's just sad that our country's just getting worse and worse. Our fellow 3rd world are doing much better than us.

But...if ever I can get into the government, I want to be the Tourism Secretary.

I'll make sure that we get to finally use the new airport. Traveling made me realize how sad our airports are compared to the rest, and as Steve said, the airport is the first impression, the first image of the Philippines that the tourists will see.

I'm going to make sure that our airport and airport personnel are tourist-friendly. If they have to be corrupt, they can only do that to the locals.

I'll have super marketing and advertising campaigns in fellow Asian countries. What's up with the tourism ad, what kind of song is that? Can they not think of a catchy line like, "Malaysia truly Asiaaaa"? *singing*

We have so many extremely wonderful places, much better than our neighbouring countries have, but they are getting much more tourists than us. Isn't that sad?

Ok...I have no idea why I'm all of a sudden trying to be patriotic, I have a Strama paper due in a week's time and I still haven't completed my financials. Am I totally fucked or not?!

If I rant again in week's time for failing my Strama class, it simply means that I'm not fit to become the Tourism Secretary. LOL.
