Steve and his company had a RAN Global Meeting in Plantation Bay Cebu over the weekend. Their partners from Korea, Taiwan and Thailand all flew in to discuss the direction of the company.
I wasn't planning on going anymore until Steve told me that he might stay there until Monday. So there, after my Saturday afternoon class, I went to Cebu.
Plantation Bay was nice, however, it wasn't as nice as I was expecting. It kinda gets boring after a short while.
And to make things worse, I cut my foot. I was in one area of the lagoon and was gonna check out the hammock when I felt something sharp on my foot...when I raised it, blood was flowing out of the deep cut.
So I limped my way to the lifeguard station and asked for a bandaid and water, but he was nice enough to clean it for me. You'd think that would dampen my day right? But no, right after I got my foot bandaid-ed, I went to the tattoo station and gotten my self a glitter cherry tattoo on my shoulder. hihih :-) It's pretty.
After that, it was just sun bathing for me. Didn't get any darker, I once again used my ever reliable SPF 50 sunblock, LOL.
What I enjoyed the most in the resort is their massage! It's so good and so relaxing and so nice. They have this warm, cold, luke warm jacuzzis in the spa area. They're supposed to open and close your pores, or whatever. I enjoyed the warm jacuzzi more.
It was a short trip, we flew back to Manila early this morning so I'm still sleepy. Anyway, pictures to follow. Gotta get ready for class now.
