Can't believe I'm choking on my own words. Before Steve and I got married, whenever my mom and other relatives ask me if I know how to cook yet, I always tell them, no, and I don't have to cook anyway.
Well, I don't really have to cook if I don't want to, but I don't want Steve to feel abandoned. I think this is just a little something I have to do for him. And it's also the reason why I enjoy cooking.
Everything started with just breakfast meals, then his favorite meals...Spring Rolls and Beef and Tomatoes. I've pretty much perfected both, I think. To date, I've already cooked Beef and Broccoli, Pork Chop, Fish Fillet, Stir fried BBQ Pork and Fried Chicken.
Beef and Broccoli's pretty salty...so have to work on that. The rest I would say came out well...at least for a beginner. I'm picky and know what's good food from bad food so the fact that I wouldn't mind eating what I've prepared means they're not that bad. Hehe.
I can't believe I'm even thinking about joining a cooking class! Japanese cooking class to be specific. :) We'll see.
Oh, I can't wait to get my new laptop!!! I'm getting a MacBook Pro!! Wooooot!! I'm excited!!
