Honeymoon-ed in Amanpulo

Got back yesterday from our three days - two nights stay in Amanpulo. Thanks to one of our ninongs, we were able to experience Amapulo.

The place is so so nice! I may sound real bad but I can't believe that we have such a wonderful place in our country! Boracay is NOTHING compared to Amapulo and to think that Boracay is already a paradise!

I'll let the pictures do the talking, I will upload some of the photos to my multiply site (http://www.sharleenvincent.multiply.com) if not tonight, within the week...back to reality for me already, as in back to my blah work.

We went there ready for battle, I got us an SPF 50 sunblock and a Tan Enhancer. The SPF 50 really worked! If I didn't skip the sunblock on our last day in the island, I wouldn't even get a little color! So now I'm dark...well...tanned...I think. My back is burned though, didn't put any sunblock on my back, at all.

Steve on the other hand totally skipped the sunblock on our last day, now he came back with a golden tan! Actually, he's still red now, but the color suits him. As for me, I just went straight to tan, no red phase for me...except for the back. Bummer.

Ah, my face...is still fair...at least fairer than the rest of me...reminds me of those women whose faces are white and the rest of them brown, bwahahhaha. I was so worried that my face would get dark so I applied sunblock on my face everytime we're done with a water activity. I envy the color of Steve's face, have that just-came-from-the-beach look. Hmmm...maybe I'll just bake under the sun in our garden one of these days...harhar.

Food there wasn't really that great, they can very much improve on it, but the service is superb! Everything there make up for the lack of good food. Would still very much grab the opportunity to go there if I can.

Ok, gotta get ready for bed now, waking up early again tomorrow.

By the way, I will also upload some wedding photos to my multiply site, just in case you guys want to see, hehe.

Night!!
