Delayed Post

Celebrated my 26th and last birthday as single last September 9. I know that I am blessed and will be so much blessed this year. Apart from the obvious reasons (getting married, parents giving us a new house, having lots of families and friends who love me), it rained so hard that night that I think the blessings showered that night will last me a lifetime! Hehe :)

Although a lot of my friends weren't able to come because of the heavy rain, there were still a lot of people who braved thru it all and attended my party. It was a fun night depsite the heavy rain.

My mom and brother together with our chefs (business) prepared a super sumptuous buffet! For starters...Kani Salad, Mixed Sushi ans Sashimi (Dragon Roll, California Maki, Spicy Tuna Roll, etc). Main course we had...Grilled Lamb Chops, Lechon de Leche, Asparagus in Hollandaise Sause, Linguini with White or Marinara Sauce, Baked Halibut Fish with Spinach and Cream Sauce, Roast Turkey. Dessert we had...Chocolate Cake, Chessecake, Kopi Bun, Buco Pandan and errr...I forgot what it's called, but it's egg white, beaten and baked with rich sauce...kinda like Brazo de Mercedes but not rolled...eehh? Hahahaha Too bad I didn't take any photos :(

Of course, we also had Kopi and Iced Kopi Jelly. :)

There were several poker tables that night too!

And the night won't be complete without me blowing the candle...

and a kiss from Steve...

Some photos taken that night...

**having some trouble with uploading the pictures right now...will finish this tomm...have to be up by 5am and it's already 1am now! :-(

Dami mong handa. Belated happy Birthday uli!

Your Ninang (2B) Riza, took me and my bitter-half and Nanay and Rizzean sa Cityscape (46th flr ng Hilton) to celebrate nga my 54th. I like their food, their service and the view. I was told she also took you there the last time you were here but did not sit down for dinner.

In less than two months, bonded ka na but I am sure that is not the end "ng maliligayang araw mo" but just the opposite.

It would be the start of the many many many more happy/heavenly days to come.
